  Fast service with exceptional staff. Everyone is always friendly and kind. I've been to other Starbucks coffee shops and none of them compare to ours here in hot springs! Thanks guys.

  Wonderful service. The barista went out of his way to help us even though they had just closed. We were on our way from Texas to Chicago and stopped at the Courtyard Marriott for some rest and were very grateful for the service we received from Starbucks. Thanks Starbucks, Hot Springs. We go to Texas often for family and will definitely visit the location again.

  I’ve never spent less than 20 minutes in the drive through. This location traps you in line with no way to get out. You may pull up and only see one other car, but don’t be fooled! You will stay wait forever. Staff is friendly enough and the coffee is great though!

  They honestly need another store somewhere close. The line here is always super long, alot of stress on the workers where they cant keep up on busy days or cant keep clean. I order two fraps online the other day and went through drive threw to pick them up to go to work and when i got them they were half melted and then i was late to work cause of the line so i suggest to walk in and get your order if you go through online. But i always hate going in and sitting with my friends cause this is a popular teenage hangout spot so its always loud inside and never really anywhere to sit but outside on the the porch

  When your favorite coffee shop is closed these people are open late with coffee bevs that taste close enough to good coffee that you can convince yourself of this lie.
